We use UPS ground for shipping to try to keep our rates as low as we can. If you have an alternate shipping request relative to timeliness or if FedEx is more preferable it is available upon request.

As you can see from our portfolio, we make every effort in the design stage to take whatever unique features (emblems, designs, coordinating colors, etc.) there may be in the materials you send and incorporate them into the final look of the Memory Bear, all at no additional charge. We want the Memory Bear to take on the look of the material you send and stand out as a special lasting memory.

There is a minimal $3 charge for embroidering a name on one of the feet (typically 9 characters or less, whatever fits). If you have special requests for additional features added beyond what is on the material itself (such as adding beading, a pendant, clothing for the bear, etc.) contact Julie at julie@holdamemory.com for specifics and pricing.
